“Started our vacation driving from Michigan down to South Carolina. While traveling on the Ohio turnpike I had a tire blow out. Put the “donut” on and went in search of a tire repair place on a Sunday. We came upon Mr Tire. Chuck helped get us back on the road and saved the day with a proper replacement he had in stock. He kept apologizing for the way our family vacation started but he truly made our vacation go off without a problem with his quick service.”
“Had a tire failure 600 miles from home, on the way to an event at Summit Motorsports Park. A new tire was ordered with just a phone call, and I arrived the next day to pick up the new mounted tire.
I asked to use the stores floor jack to swap the spare but couldn't allow that for liability reasons. (I understand)
