Caught a flat tire during that bad rainstorm a couple weeks ago on the exit prior and got my tires replaced in an hour or two. Great loaction for an emergency repair as the Sandusky mall is right across the parking lot. Tim was a great help getting my repair situated, he even offered to put my new wipers on.

Got lifetime alignment. Had recheck and technician messed up computer had to take to toyota to get fixed. Tim at sandusky ohio store was very helpful and firestone paid for toyota to fix vehicle.
