“Pulled up with a nail in my tire. Guy who works there told me that he’s got a guy coming back & it’s first come first serve. I highly respect him for that! Guy came back & said ladies first.Besides, anytime I go it’s always an easy and pleasant experience.”
“This shop saved our trip and quickly fixed our 2022 Camry. The lights came on and the power stopped while we were driving down interstate 71 from Columbus to Cleveland, needless to say we coasted to the side of the road. I googled and found Bob with Hometowne auto, he gave me a tow number and we were on our way to his shop. Bob also gave us the number for a local bed and breakfast as it was after hours and he would not be able to get parts until after hours. Bob hooked it up to his diagnosis machine and car was fixed by noon and we were on our way. A sensor module and computer reset and wheels were turning. We were able to make our appointment in Cleveland thanks to Bob. He is a friendly guy, everybody’s friend. Everybody in town seemed to know him, what a great asset for your beautiful community.”
“I pulled in and told Justin that I needed 4 new tires. After walking around my car to inspect tires and size Justin informed me that I only needed 2 new tires and stated that my front tires were in great shape. I had forgotten that I did buy 2 new tires the previous month! He could have easily taken advantage of me at that point but he didn't and the service was awesome!”

“Taking a road trip from Louisville to points north and east. TPM light comes on. Stopped and filled it, only to have it come on again ?Pulled in to a gas station to put the spare 0n ?My bride checked the station for a local shop, as we'd never been in the area. He recommended DC, so I called to see if they could fit us in. He said sure, and if I'd not already put the spare on and could get there with the tire ... Come on in ?He found the recent plug, that I thought was leaking, and a valve stem leak. He also found that the tires were way over pressure.He replaced the valve stem and made sure "all* tires were at proper pressure.These guys were both very friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone!”
“Seriously amazing people! I came in without an appointment, my tire wasn’t holding air, they let me know it was my rim that was cracked, and they changed it out for me when I got a new rim! They will definitely be the new place for me to get my car taken care of!”
