Horrible customer service, from a guy who claims to be branch manager. His name was Mike and I'll get the last name again. Usually managers fix problems and try to make you feel comfortable, especially in a banking environment. I don't see the managerial skills, unless he turns it on and off for his own reasons.

Some good experiences, some bad experiences. But the bank tellers are not that approachable, especially bank teller (VANESSA ) she always has an attitude, she never speaks, she slams things around all after I waited there for almost 10 mins.

9:00 am appointment. Was in Cole’s office at 9:05. 9:20 we were done and left. No problems and good service. I recommend him.
