The ROCKSIDE location is very friendly and efficient… totally opposite of the BRECKSVILLE location, which is closer to where I live. I will be driving out of my way to Independence to do my banking from now on. Shout out to teller Juliana, who made my day with her beautiful smile and attitude! 😊

I've been banking with Key for almost 30 years. They are my platinum standard in banks. Their customer service and mobile banking app are phenomenal. I bank with several other companies, but none can provide the service and comfortability. Kudos to Key for continuing to serve their customers responsibly and with care
