Solon branch had us set up and ready and said finishing will take 5-10 minutes at another branch. Solon said an email copy of bank statement will work for verification, just grab your valid id and the branch by you can help. This branch (Brecksville) clearly did not want to help set up a business account. The lady clearly had better things to do with her day than to help open an account. Will be using a different bank. Acting too prestigious to help and giving snobby remarks doesn’t make people want to work with you. We entered the doors at 4:24 so if it only takes 5-10 minutes that leaves with 20+ minutes to close down.

The absolute worst branch in banking!ATMs never working! Not able to deposit in night box when ATM not working. Nobody answers the phone either.Horrible customer service!

I have been a loyal customer of Chase Bank for a long time and I just switch my savings account from a standard to a Premier and had some questions about interest rates. I called the 800 customer service first but was told that only my local banker would be able to explain how the interest rates work. I then called this bank in Independence, Ohio and spoke to a “Cathy” who then proceeded to tell me that only if I was going to invest 100k in my savings will somebody be willing to talk to me or that I should call the customer service, in her words “that’s what they’re there for” in a condescending tone and that the local bankers are there to open accounts only. Needless to say, she could care less of helping me out and I would definitely not step foot in that branch other than to use the ATM outside the building and will not recommend anyone to open their account at this branch. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE YOU WILL BE TREATED RIGHT AND VALUED AS A CUSTOMER BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT GET IT FROM THIS BRANCH ESP. FROM “CATHY “!!!!

I've been with this bank too long! All they do is tech tech everything,I don't want to. I'm not old fashioned but I'm down to earth. They are rude and inconsiderate! some people cannot afford internet. I am researching a different way of banking, like a mom n pop shop to take my mortgage savings and checking & CD.

Don't bother trying to call the number listed, they won't answer. There is no way to stay on hold even if you want to. The answering service after 4 rings says to call the Chase 800 #.
