Discount Drug Mart is a friendly, neighborhood store that has been serving Ohio for over 50 years. The store is always clean, and the staff is super friendly. Customers love the fresh smells of chicken and lunch food when they visit. The store has a wide selection of products, and the staff is helpful in finding what customers need. The butcher will even cut steaks to the desired thickness. While there are a few items customers wish the store would carry, the manager is responsive to customer requests. However, one customer had a negative experience with an undercooked roasted chicken and will not be returning to the store.
I really enjoy shopping here since it is on my way home from work. I find that the items I shop are less than other stores. Id like to see more frozen foods such as Tyson honey nuggets stocked. More sales on stouffers and rye bread types since we lost a major bakery recently.

I've shopped there for multiple decades, it's always been a great experience & well worth the ride from Lake County. I've turned many people onto the Independence location. I'll be back soon.
