If you want a run around use them. My car as been fixed since Tuesday and I'm having to wait over the weekend because apparently twenty mins of actual work take 6 plus business days

Long Post Alert!!
My husband Eugene Holliday brought our car to this location for oil change and coolant service right before Thanksgiving . 2 days later our vehicle started running hot and all the coolant is leaking and spilling on the ground everywhere and left us stranded. We will never use you all again. The people that handle claims for take5 are called fleet response team, they are a joke as well. They send you to people voicemails to leave a message and then they don’t return your calls and when they do decide to answer they keep saying they need the diagnostic report from the people they had our car towed to. They have sent over the report which was done before the holiday several times. They keep saying oh we haven’t received it!! And still no answer for our claim here is the kicker to that once the mechanic let them know what’s wrong they will decide if it’s there fault or not, (we are like what do you mean if it’s your fault or not, got to lol to keep from crying) Clearly you messed with the coolant it is documented with a receipt!!We were warned by the first mechanic they towed our vehicle to that when they mess up your vehicle they do not like to pay hence the reason why he refuses to do business with this company. After we were given this information and that mechanic refusing to work with them because he has been burned so many times we had to wait 2 days later since this all happened on a Saturday and everyone was getting ready to close to get our vehicle to a different mechanic. My husband gave the name and address to a mechanic he would prefer his vehicle to be sent to because we were told that was an option and then guess what they did in return sent his vehicle to someone else smh… This has been one thing after another so freakin stressful, here we are 2 weeks later and there has been no resolve to the matter. I mean if you damage someone’s vehicle do the right thing and fix it. At this point we are about to get a lawyer involved because we have been given the run around for the last 2 weeks, no rental and having to uber and Lyft everywhere for something that take5 did what a shame to mess up people vehicles and not take accountability.

I have been in the insurance industry for almost 38 years and I have never experienced such horrible customer service. The adjusters who work for this company lack serious training and customer service skills. Take 5 oil change in Katy, botched an oil change and now my friends car needs a new engine. No one returns calls or follows up. I called Take 5 corporate and files a case with them. I followed up with them today and spoke with Taylor(after waiting 15 minutes to be connected and she hung up on me! This company absolutely sucks!

Absolutely the worst company! Asking for ridiculous infor.ation for a claim just to hold off on payment. My car is stuck at a dealership because the company is fighting to not pay! Safelite broke a piece of the actual vehicle and broke the camera on the windshield and now their insurance, fleet response, will not process the claim! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR SAFELITE

This company is horrible with their responses. I received a call & email from a claims specialist Rachel Garner and have attempted to email her and call her back over 10 times within the course of a week with no response. Finally, someone names Nicole Cantrell responded to an email answering one of my questions. However, they definitely drag their feet. Furthermore, they submit a case to liability so that liability can be determined but yet they don't get a statement from you or any information from you. How can liability even be determined without having all the information submitted to properly be reviewed? I guess I will have to get am attorney to push this process along.

This is the worst claims response company I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the headache and just contact an attorney.
They refuse to answer or call back once you get to the claims department and on the slim chance they call you back it comes up as potential spam.
Worst customer service I have ever seen.

While Take 5 had great customer service, it became clear that their employees lacked experience with oil changes, as they stripped the oil drain plug on my car. I contacted Fleet Response, and their representative was responsive and addressed all my concerns. The following day, my car was towed to a shop that fixed the issue.
The Auto Shop initially had difficulty reaching someone at FleetResponse, but I spoke with a helpful rep named Danny who outlined the next steps. After paying for the repairs and submitting my receipts, I received a call from another representative who was incredibly helpful. She assured me I would be refunded for both the repairs and the original oil change.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive my check just nine days later, and I appreciated how Fleet Response handled my situation. Despite my initial anxiety—especially after reading mixed reviews regarding Take 5 and Fleet Response —I remained calm and patient, which I believe facilitated the process.
I rated this experience four stars instead of five due to the delayed response times from Fleet Response, likely a result of the high volume of claims related to Take 5. Overall, I think Fleet Response did a commendable job.
One last note: if you own a BMW, I would strongly advise against taking your car to Take 5.

Joke of an "insurance" company with jokers representing them, Russell informed me of a mechanic they would pay to have my car fixed, come to find out they backed out of their end and my car is held hostage until i pay out of pocket. Currently without a car cause my first paycheck doesnt come in until the 15th, spoke to a woman about the issue and she simply laughed and denied it ever happening even after providing the call recording, out $489

Unfortunately had a very poor experience with Fleet Response after an issue with service at a Take 5 oil change in Kettering. Received an oil change, coolant exchange, and air filter replacement. Two days later, every warning light was on and the air conditioning no longer worked. I started a claim with customer service and was referred to Fleet Response. They coordinated towing of my car to the service center. The service technician identified that the intake hose had not been reconnected and the air filter box was not secured. Because the intake hose had not be reconnected, there was too much air flow to the engine, which caused the vehicle to 'run rich causing carbon build up and fouling the spark plugs.' Fleet response was incredibly unresponsive after providing this documentation, so I have been without a car for 5 weeks. I now have to pay to replace the spark plugs on my vehicle as Fleet Reponse/Take 5 is non-responsive about my claim (after daily calls and emails for three weeks). I do not recommend Take 5 or Fleet Response.

Horrible - and I mean absolutely deplorable communication. Their website indicates recognition for “The Communicator Award” — totally laughable. 4 weeks since a claim was submitted and the specialist assigned to my case has not once replied to the claim and I’ve yet to receive my reimbursement check that was promised. If you’re a client considering them for insurance purposes, fleet response, or for a claims specialist, RUN!! The reviews speak for themselves.
