Changed my plan because I was having an issue and all they did was make it worse. Told me to call customer support and when I did customer support said "I dont think they know what they are doing..."

Hi Verizon,I am writing to you today to advocate for my grandparents. You have broken their hearts at the ages of 76 and 77.They were anticipating this Xbox that you promised them as soon as they would upgrade their home Wi-Fi.They spent extra money from their retirement to enjoy the promo that you had offered them.I have been advocating for them since December 11, 2023, regarding this issue, and it is now Feb 22, 2024.The promo states as such:"This holiday deal won't last. Switch to 5G Home Internet get an Xbox Series X."Your customer service reps have delivered a level of customer care that is atrocious.You have broken their hearts and those of hundreds, if not thousands, of others.We are still trying to get through to someone, and no one from the Verizon team has resolved this issue after 3 months of advocating on behalf of my grandparents.We have talked to 40 contact points over Verizon customer care and have received nothing but excuses and no compensation for our time or the poor treatment we have received.I will be contacting the president's office because this is not okay. Though to you it may be an Xbox.To me, you are hurting hundreds of people by tricking them into upgrading and not delivering on your promise.I hope by seeing this you do the right thing and help us remedy this issue.Also, help the hundreds, if not thousands, of people who are still awaiting their Xbox.This is not the brand. This is not the vision. This is not acceptable.It should not take 3 months, 2-hour phone calls per touchpoint, and 40 people spoken to advocate for something that was originally promised to us.

Worst experience EVER! Refused to help us! Wanted to transfer one line to their own bill and there were 6 workers just standing there that barely acknowledged us when we walked in let alone get up from their comfortable positions the man that finally decided to acknowledge us didn’t even stand straight up stayed leaning on his elbow! They couldn’t wait to get us out of there! We followed their instructions to call liability and have been on hold over an hour and counting! Little did they know we were all planning on getting knew phones iPads and watches! We will wait on hold get our pins and be transferring to another carrier! Sad you treated loyal customers for over 15 years like this!

We just purchased home wifi and customer service has been a nightmare. We have spoken to 8 individuals with no resolution in sight. We are not able to get into our my Verizon account and have been met with extremely rude representatives who question the validity of what we have been saying. Customer service needs training. Even when requesting to speak for a supervisor the agent said they will get us to one, only to take us in more circles. When calling our sales agent who closed the sale with us. We were taken back by the lack of professionalism when expressing our frustration and the sales agent in response saying "They are trying to take my sale away." This is an extremely disappointing experience as new customers. This review does not reflect the independence location but customer care line and online sales.

I went there today because my bill was wrong. I had a very pleasant experience with Kevin. He is the man to for your business accounts and any other problems you might have, he's very professional, and spends the time to do the full service. I know one thing I'll be calling for him next time I go. The whole staff is very friendly. And I was dreading going there, but everything worked out.

I had zero wait time on a Wednesday at lunch time. Two sales reps greeted me and Layla (I think that's her name) immediately diagnosed the problem with my phone, told me I did NOT need to buy a new phone when I was sure I did, and was very patient with my questions and lack of knowledge. I had absolutely a five star experience and when I do need a new phone, I'll be buying it here.

The store was clean and organized. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Went in to pick up the phone I ordered online. Lockers did not work properly. Salesperson, apologized for the inconvenience and helped me retrieve the phone.

I've been here numerous times to pick up phones for work and for my personal account. The reps are friendly and quick to greet me asap when they aren't slammed. When I have time, I make the 20 min drive to this location because I absolutely hate the location that's 5 mins away. Speaks volumes

RACIST EMPLOYEES!!!! My fiance is a black man and just left this store because he waited and waited for the woman to help him but she wouldn't speak to him. He tried to get her attention but she ignored him. She helped the old white couple that walked in after him, not speaking to my fiance!! The other employee there did NOTHING too!!! FIX THIS. Do you really want racist employees representing your business!!!!

Visited with my wife and daughter on 04/08/23 My wife was looking at new phones and i had an issue with my voicemail. The entire staff went over and beyond to assist me with my issue and were absolutely fantastic on diagnosing what the issue was. 5 stars for this awesome Saturday staff.

Horrible wait time. All I needed to do was return a router and I had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes because of the free flow no reception set up. Needs to be changed.

They were able to help add a line to my plan and order a new phone for us.The woman brought out the phone, iPhone 12, and said it’s not in stock but they can ship to us.I signed all the paperwork (so partially my fault) and we opened the phone to realize she ordered us the wrong phone. We received the iPhone SE and signed off on the SE when we clearly stated and she clearly showed us the 12.Now we are stuck with a phone we didn’t want because it’s a $50 restocking fee which is silly to pay when they ordered wrong.

Worked with Vont, he was so amazing. He helped me leave ATT and got to keep all my numbers for my lines. He's the best he called in for us and did all the talking g and got us great deals on new phones.

Poorly run store. I'm not sure what the reason of scheduling an appointment is, if the store still makes you queue with walk-ins. Pretty terrible, especially with one associate just sitting at table doing nothing.I would hope corporate does a walkthrough of this store soon. Seems like lots of similar experiences recently.
