I love how they made it impossible to actually get ahold of anyone in the office so they can never be corrected when they constantly make mistakes and deliver things to the wrong address. 0/10 Government level incompetence.

The gentleman who did our passport was very kind and helpful. However, the woman working there was not as pleasant. She definitely said things with an attitude, which was not necessary.
