“The majority of people we have encountered are very nice. There is an occasional one or two that aren’t as pleasant. Also on Weekends we don’t get our senior discount. Only once have we gotten it. I didn’t think we had to ask about every time we are there in Wednesdays but I will be bringing it up from now on.”
“I live in Mentor and have often gone to its Big Lots off Heisley road. It is pretty decent with a variety of products, food, furniture.
BUT, just went to BLs in Ashtabula a day ago- I/we liked it much better. No food, which we did not miss. Seemed like wider array of furniture beyond beds/sofas (could use more lamps though). Really liked their pet section. It has more variety of food and other pet stuff than many groceries! Bought a great toy for my cats I couldn't find elsewhere. They loved it!l”
“I want to send Kudos to employee, Nikki, at Drug Mart, 110 Chestnut Commons Elyria, Ohio. I mentioned to Nikki that I saw a lot of broken glass where I parked. Immediately Nikki got a broom and cleared the glass. I was worried that someone would step out of their car and onto the glass. Nikki was friendly and reacted right away, which probably protected someone's feet or car tires. I hope Nikki and the other employees working on the Holiday enjoy a safe and Happy July 4th!”
