I love this place! The honesty, professionalism, knowledge base and affordability are unmatched. I have been coming here for years and now drive 50 minutes to get the level of care I’ve come to know from them.
Eric once called the dealership for me to explain to them that what was needed done is covered by my warranty, after the dealership said it wasn’t!! I couldn’t get that from anywhere else. He took time to save me me money even when it cost his business money.

I just realized I've never put out a review for Howland . I've been going to them for several years between a Mercedes GLE and Volvo and after every normal maintenance scheduled across both cars and even the unexpected, I've been treated with honest and completely high levels of service. Their response to schedules and timely repairs are truly the best and their prices are very very good for using the highest quality components and OEM parts when necessary. I've taken in other cars that probably could easily go to other mechanics but I rely on their honesty and integrity to provide feedback and appreciate their knowledge. Eric and team are the best and shout out to Sarah - she's awesome!

This is the only shop we trust to work on our BMW! As a mechanic myself, I often don't have time (nor the energy) to work on my wife's car. Howland Autohaus has always been reasonably priced, very professional, and most importantly, HONEST. I’d been struggling with getting an accurate diagnosis on my VW CC and was recommended to Howland. First and foremost, the customer service was outstanding. I last minute had to change my appointment time and they completely understood and still allowed me to bring it later. Not only did they get to the bottom of the numerous problems we were having with my car, they also resolved all of them in a timely manner. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future!

This is the ONLY shop we will take our vehicles to! They have been able to diagnose issues that a dealership couldn't. They are the friendliest and most professional shop we've ever dealt with and will not throw in random mystery charges.
