“I used these guys about a month ago to move. I had 2 gentleman help me move from a THIRD floor apartment to a single family home. That was no small task taking everything down 3 flights of stairs and they didn't complain, worked efficiently and were very kind. they were experienced and handled my items with care. I'm still unboxing items and as I go l have found no damaged items or issues. I'm very thankful for their help!”

“Stephanie was absolutely the nicest facility manager that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with . If the New Albany location weren’t so far from me I would move all of my business to her facility! She was understanding and helpful and went above and beyond to help me get a unit emptied in a timely manner into my vehicle so I didn’t have to use a rental truck at a high cost per mile.
Thank you Stephanie for offering “Best in the industry” Customer service. I will recommend your facility to everyone I know.”
