“5 stars only because of Bonnie. The guy today that is working with her, not so helpful and quick to brush us off and out the door. She rook her time and looked up what we needed without having to go home and make another trip back. He also had the part in stock, and he kept saying he would more than likely have to order it, and it would be a while. Now my 84 year old mother has her dryer fixed and working on the same day, all thanks to Bonnie saving our day!!”

I recently moved my business from SW Florida to NE Ohio, for personal reasons, mostly, and my family lives in Canton and Steubenville. I got a call from an investor who needed my services in the Akron Area, so I called Eagle Rental and they were beyond helpful. They made my job TOO EASY. I walked in, pointed out what I wanted for my clients property and they delivered and arranged it all the very next day. All I had left was to buy and arrange the rest of the Decor and bar stools. I imagine we will definitely return. Thank you guys!!”

She should be running the place and I am sure others would agree.”

“Laruen an Stephine are one of if not the best employees I have ever met. They helped me get what I needed because of my situation. They also went way above and beyond and helped me safely sucre my bed frame and mattress to my car (2017 Ford Focus) They offered to help me home to make sure I would be safe. They asked me to call them to make sure I got home safe. I don't know how long they have been working there and their pay status but if eligible both of them deserve a lot of recognition. They barely new me and went way out of there job description to help me. They are two unique people.”

“Came to this store over and over, because we always forgot something. This location is really close by for us, which makes it really practical. Never had a bad experience with either the place or the people.Came back multiple time to return items, due to wrong sizing (judgment on our end) and never any issues with returns. Fast, no question asked and reimbursed. There is quite a variety of choices. I always found someone to help us if needed, especially in the wood cutting area.”
