“Once you understand that Menards won’t pay people to stand around with a computer and everybody is out working it’s a little easier to bear when you can’t find help. The trick is you have to walk around the area to find the people if they’re not in the warehouse, pulling parts for another customer. Overall, they have long-term staff that though Young are fairly knowledgeable and for the most part, their pricing is better than other box stores once you go to Menards enough to understand the system you won’t wanna go anywhere else.”

The employees here were able to rectify the situation quickly and efficiently. Specifically Joan in flooring was so helpful and understanding. The 2 gentlemen who helped load the flooring onto my trailer were also great. Having entered the store on a negative note due to my poor experience in the app, I absolutely left feeling well taken care of.”
