Aaron at the Brimfield location is phenomenal. He has outstanding customer service, technical skills, is a wealth of knowledge and kindness. Despite how busy the store was, he was welcoming to each customer and treated each of us with the greatest respect and attentiveness. It was a fantastic experience. I am so happy to have had Aaron's expertise and assistance.

I lost my phone and had it suspended. I went in an Logan B. was very helpful. He was knowledgeable and shared with me different option for a replacement phone. There was some software and technical issues in trying to get my new phone transferred and running (reason for 4 stars). Logan and the customer service folks on the phone were great problem solvers and they eventually got my new phone working. We have been going to this AT&T store for years and my family will keep coming back.

I went to Att store in BRIMFIELD OH and the young gentleman there was very helpful and kind. And he didn’t leave me to help anyone else. Very enjoyable experience.

Logan was supppper helpful. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Went above and beyond to make sure I was all set up. Highly recommend seeing him if you are having problems or just need some upgrades.

I went into this store to resolve a problem I was having with my son. I was trying to transfer my account to him (my son), but my son refused to talk to me (families!). Anyway, Aaron was able to talk to him and confirmed that the account could be transferred and patiently let my son vent and then instructed him on what to do at a store near him, since my son lives in another state. Aaron even looked up a nearby store for him. Thanks Aaron!

My wife and I stopped by the Brimfield store as she was needingTo upgrade her telephone. We were greeted upon entering by a young gentleman named Ethan. The store is well kept and the displays were simple and accessible. We told him what she needed and he took it from there. We not only got her a new phone, but a case and charger as well. We were completely finished within 35 minutes( transfer time for the two phones. I recommend this store.

My wife and I went in and talked with Aaron he said he was the manager. They said we were eligible for an upgrade. I had an I phone mini which I'm just now being told they don't make them any more had I know that I would have kept my mini there was nothing wrong with it. My wife bought ear buds with her phone up grade supposed at 50% off along with hard case protectors at 20% off. Then we're charged $6.00 per line for the privilege of being able to upgrade to a new phone when they were paid down to 50% which we were never told of. I received an email from AT&T saying I will not be receiving any further credit after February. Which made me start looking at the entire transaction. We did not receive any paper receipt ony the email one which which showed no discount on the ear buds only showed full price of $149.99. The other things the hard cases and screens showed the 20% discount on the receipt I received on my email. I took everything back to Aaron and asked to return everything and wanted my old phone back. He said impossible and said it was sent back. I asked to talk with his boss her name is Taylor and talking with her was like talking to my dog Bailey. I don't believe you hire people who call their customers "STUPID " this is really unacceptable. Aaron lied to me regarding the ear buds being 50%off. He and Taylor his boss both gave me a hard time returning things. Then they told me I would have to send the phone back to att myself. I have att phone service as well as tv and internet spending close to $500.00 a month. I am close to canceling any att products and I know you could care less about what I spend with you every month and that is what Aaron said to me that att could care less about me. If I would have talked to people and called them stupid as these two employees of yours I would have been fired on the spot. Thank you for your time
