My wife and I stopped by the Brimfield store as she was needingTo upgrade her telephone. We were greeted upon entering by a young gentleman named Ethan. The store is well kept and the displays were simple and accessible. We told him what she needed and he took it from there. We not only got her a new phone, but a case and charger as well. We were completely finished within 35 minutes( transfer time for the two phones. I recommend this store.

My wife and I went in and talked with Aaron he said he was the manager. They said we were eligible for an upgrade. I had an I phone mini which I'm just now being told they don't make them any more had I know that I would have kept my mini there was nothing wrong with it. My wife bought ear buds with her phone up grade supposed at 50% off along with hard case protectors at 20% off. Then we're charged $6.00 per line for the privilege of being able to upgrade to a new phone when they were paid down to 50% which we were never told of. I received an email from AT&T saying I will not be receiving any further credit after February. Which made me start looking at the entire transaction. We did not receive any paper receipt ony the email one which which showed no discount on the ear buds only showed full price of $149.99. The other things the hard cases and screens showed the 20% discount on the receipt I received on my email. I took everything back to Aaron and asked to return everything and wanted my old phone back. He said impossible and said it was sent back. I asked to talk with his boss her name is Taylor and talking with her was like talking to my dog Bailey. I don't believe you hire people who call their customers "STUPID " this is really unacceptable. Aaron lied to me regarding the ear buds being 50%off. He and Taylor his boss both gave me a hard time returning things. Then they told me I would have to send the phone back to att myself. I have att phone service as well as tv and internet spending close to $500.00 a month. I am close to canceling any att products and I know you could care less about what I spend with you every month and that is what Aaron said to me that att could care less about me. If I would have talked to people and called them stupid as these two employees of yours I would have been fired on the spot. Thank you for your time

My husband and I had a great experience here. It was a late Saturday afternoon when we stopped in. When we entered the store, there was one customer being waiting on ahead of us. Aaron acknowledged and greeted us upon entry and we were able to browse the store while he finished assisting the customers ahead of us. The store was orderly and clean and Aaron was pleasant and helpful. He was efficient and able to assist with our store pick-up efficiently. We did not have to wait very long from the time of entry to departure. Based on our particular visit we are giving a 5 star rating.

Both times at this location; visits 2 years apart and account/address infoWas entered incorrectly and delaying Christmas. There was no verification step for address which I found odd but was reassured by representative address was verified by their system yet the address was entered reversed style and error could have corrected day of sale if shown to me(the customer) when attempt to resolve over the phone I spent over 2 almost 3 hours without confirmation about receiving refund, credits or even a device before representative disconnected call. More thorough training is needed at this unit (at the time of my visit a team member from another AT&T store came by to pick up product and waited around to show working rep how to process a product transfer) seemingly proving product and care training is needed. To have to disappoint children yet again when ordered well in advance is absurd.

Avoid this place at all costs. Purchased a new phone there 2 months ago as I qualified for a free model by trading in my old phone. I made it clear at time of purchase that the reason I selected the particular new model was because it would be free. The person I dealt with TOLD ME to take my old phone with me to make sure everything transferred over. Under no circumstance was I told I needed to bring it back within 30 days to trade it in to receive the free phone credit. Of course, now she claims she did and it's too late to trade in. Why would I keep an old and useless phone when I could have received a $700 credit? We'll see if the manager calls me per my request. Now I get to be reminded of a $22 monthly fee for the next 3 years more than likely. None of my co-workers, friends, or family will ever set foot in this place again.

I go to this store for one reason and her name is MJ. Met her at the store about 7 months ago when I upgraded. She is no-nonsense, knowledgeable and handled multiple customers at the same time. Today I went back to look at options for our service and was very happy that MJ was there.I gave this store a 4/5 because it is a little rundown (furniture, furnishings, etc) and the temp is not all that comfortable (82 outside and inside the A/C wasn't very cool).

Don’t waste your time or money. Costumer service was terrible, they actually acted as though they didn’t want any customers. Unhelpful, unprofessional. No worries Verizon went above and beyond to help my family and get squared away with service.They were even able to get my son a new phone phone upgrade. After being stationed oconus (overseas) for the last 3 years we needed to start new service plans here in the states. We are new here to Ohio and won’t let this unfortunate moment spoil our time. If I could give negative stars I would. But just as all of their answers were I can’t I can’t I can’t so one stars it is .

Got a brand new I phone 13 at this location, MJ was the employee on site. She was very helpful and got me in and out within an hour all while multitasking and helping two other customers. My 7 year old daughter was with me and she gave her pencils and a coloring book to keep her occupied. Overall a great experience and customer service a 5 star rating for MJ. Definitely Recommend coming to this location!
