As I walked into the lazy boy store, I really just thought I would look and try to find a chair comfortable enough to even think about buying. The next thing I know, I am being helped by someone that really knows La-Z-Boy comfort and how to fit me to a chair. She was genuinely working for me so that I had the best possible experience in figuring out which chair to buy. Very knowledgeable and never pushing for a sale, Patricia (Pat) , really showed me the fine qualities of a La-Z-Boy rocker/recliner and her ability to show me the differences of each. But everything turned around when we went to the Cuyahoga Falls store. Karen and Denny there were outstanding. They took full ownership of our request to replace couch cushions to keep my pregnant wife comfortable. They set clear expectations and truly went above and beyond. “I cannot begin to say enough good things about my experience at MOD. This past spring, I was in the market to buy a new sectional, and I had previously had good luck with Norwalk products. (Plus, it was important to me that Norwalk furniture is made right here in Ohio). Norwalk has lots of options to play with online, but I really wanted to see fabrics and sit on the pieces in person, and also talk to someone with knowledge. I located MOD as a Norwalk dealer and was blown away. Adam, in particular, was instrumental in really listening, providing fabric samples and advice, considering which layout options would work best for our space, and overall just being an excellent person to work with.
I also love their storefront and was able to purchase several smaller decor pieces that really finished off the look. If you are looking for remarkable customer service and just genuinely nice people, along with great products - look no further than MOD in downtown Hudson.”
“I shop at this location frequently. I always rely on one person to help me, his name is David in the nursery. I have bought several different shrubs at different times. He was always very helpful and friendly. He recommended Biotone fertilizer and I’ve really noticed a difference. He has gone out of his way to help me, even helping me with perennials. When I’ve asked about annuals he’s even taken the time to show me everything I need with them also! Petitti’s is lucky to have such a great employee that is interested in customer’s needs. This is why I keep returning to Petitti’s instead of the big box stores! Keep up the great customer service!”

We did come to realize once it was delivered that I did not have space for the armless chair to extend the sectional out. I called the store and let them know and they had absolutely no problems reimbursing me. They were very kind and very helpful and made the process very easy for us.”

Not to mention the staff- i've never had a bad interaction with any employee at this location. one of the drive up team members had 3+ orders on her cart when she brought out my drive up order, and still maintained a positive attitude while handing me my bag. I wish I caught her name so i could give her a shout out, but she was great. :)”
