I had a fleet vehicle and came for an oil change. The fleet card was down so had to cancel the service. The technician forgot to replace the the engine oil cap. The next day I had oil fumes in the cabin. Went to Goodyear and found the issue. Engine oil all over place. What a mess.

This was my first time going somewhere other than a local shop (that retired) to get oil changed - they were extremely professional and kind - and fast! They were honest in telling me I didn’t need my tires rotated yet. A definite 5 star experience and I will be back!

They are absolutely wonderful at this location! Doug and Tyler were incredibly helpful and answered any question I had- and there were many. When it came to my oil change the entire crew reminded me of worker bees at the hive, putting the ‘TEAM’ in teamwork! I always leave feeling like I got the best price and satisfied knowing that the job was done right..10 star rating if I could!! :D
