“5 stars for Jeremy! I stopped in 2 days ago to purchase a pillow for my daughter who is having neck pain. This location didn't have the pillow anymore that I wanted that I had tried a couple weeks earlier. Tempur-Pedic came out with a new style, and all the older ones were sold. But I liked the older version better. Jeremy, kindly offered to call other locations to see if they had any pillows left. He was able to find one location with 1 pillow left. I was able to quickly go to that location and get the pillow I wanted. So kind of Him and most people would not care to call other locations or they would have an attitude about it. And he was very kind and professional and it didn't bother him at all. My daughter already has relief from the new pillow.”

“Purchased a new mattress from this place because I really did not feel like spending thousands of dollars on one and when we set it up at home, the mattress felt too plush, so we flipped it over and it felt a little better but felt different from the one at the store. So eventually I went to the store and spoke to one of the guys there about the issue and I tried the mattress that I originally purchased. It felt different. So eventually the guys spoke to the boss and had mine exchanged and the issue was fixed. Maybe there was a manufacturer issue with that mattress or I was sold a used mattress. Either way, they helped in resolving the issue and have no complaints. If you’re looking for a decent mattress that doesn’t cost a soul, mattress shoppe is the place to go. Just make sure you thoroughly test the mattress you’re interested so you won’t go through any issues.”
“One of the kind ladies at the Streetsboro store let me know that I had some $140 in Rewards Dollars that were going to expire soon. She didn’t have to do that, but because she did, we got a nice set of sheets from Sleep Number. Those sheets are excellent.Streetsboro is not the closest store to us, but it is the one that we choose to go to.”

“Wow!!! I'm in love with my Orthopedic Ultra Plush mattress and I can't believe how much money I saved, without sacrificing quality at all. The delivery persons Sherman and Charlie were so professional, efficient, kind and kept my home so clean while taking things in and out. The charge for removing and taking away my old mattress was minimal as well, and it was great not having to deal with that myself. The salesperson was very calming, pleasant and professional.
