“So I have changed my rating from 1 star to 5. After waiting for a bit for my prescription, I saw how short staffed the pharmacy is- no fault of the pharmacist or his technician. They had to deal with drunk belligerent customers and a few other issues. Abdul was very kind to me, especially after seeing another customer acting ignorant to me. He profusely apologized for things he had no control over. So I will continue to patronize Drug Mart, and just be a little more patient with the staff as they are definitely stretched thin.”

“Here's the original review, please see update following: In store staff are courteous and professional. Trying to ask the pharmacy a question by phone is literally impossible. Phone system doesn't allow calls to be put through to the pharmacy at all.
Updated review 9/25/25: CVS, at least at this location, has improved their phone system considerably! The automated voice asked a few questions to quickly get me to voice-mail, and my call was returned within a few minutes. My problem was solved effectively and efficiently. Thanks, CVS pharmacist who answered my call!”
