“This store is one of my favorites. It's always clean and well-organized and I'd like to give a shout out to Jacob. A couple of weeks ago during a busy evening my receipt was so long that the printer couldn't handle it, but he was unflappable and had no problem getting it fixed and reprinted.”

“The are truly there for their customers and community. We have been at CVS for 10+ years and am now really ticked I spent the money I did there. Marc's doesn't charge minimum co-pays just because they can. So far for monthly meds we have paid zero...$50+ dollars would have gone to CVS.”

“Most of their employees are very nice. They have pharmacy rewards for refilling prescriptions. The reason I took one star off is one time there was one capsule missing for my antibiotics. And another time I got a half-broken pill in my 30 days supplies and I couldn't find the other broken half in the bottle. Each time I had to call them to fix it but no one at the pharmacy apologized for their mistakes. Lastly, they don't call me when my prescription is ready for pickup. I have to call them to find out if it's ready or not. When I get my meds filled at other pharmacies like CVS, I always get a phone call or a text to tell me my prescription is ready for pickup.”

“I DEFINITELY recommend this pharmacy! The ladies at this pharmacy are such lovely people. Peggy is my favorite! They always have my scripts ready way before I expect, which is always a relief! Note: unlike many other pharmacies, they don't keep all ten million scripts in-store at all times.... they have to order it from their central warehouse in Cleveland.... so, if you order a prescription that is unusual/uncommon, then sometimes you have to wait 24 hours for them to get it delivered to this location. (In other words, you gotta manage your expectations with timing, and if you don't, then that's YOUR fault. Poor planning on your part cannot constitute an emergency crisis for these hard-working staff members. They cant help it that this is the way their pharmacy chain works.) But other than that, when I reorder off the Giant Eagle pharmacy app, usually I get a text moments later informing me that the script has been filled and ready for pickup.

With prescription drug shortages nationwide and the insane costs for consumers, THANK GOODNESS for these fabulous ladies here! They make my experience so much better when picking up scripts, considering how screwed up the pharmaceutical industry is. They always make me laugh, we banter about silly things. Also note: it's so much easier getting the drugs you need here vs going to CVS or Discount Drug Mart both nearby.

Also, I often take my dog in the car with me when I run errands. I always get through the drive-thru quickly, and the girls always give my puppy a dog treat when he comes with me.”

She is patient, efficient, knowledgeable and does it all with a smile on her face. Whenever I have an issue with a prescription (due to my prescription provider and not the pharmacy) I am so happy to see that Erin is on duty because I know I will get answers and be treated with respect and kindness. “When calling and just wanted to just speak to a pharmacist the telephone prompts would make you press a bunch of options that were not related to why you called and you still couldn’t speak to a pharmacist and got a voicemail to leave a message. So a very kind and professional tech by the name of Kim called back in less than 30 minutes and she was very helpful so I will change my rating from 1 to 5 hopefully I don’t have to change it back. ??”
