I am 47 and had chronic back pain. I joined this gym about a month ago and my back pain is gone. You will learn cutting edge dynamic stretching, cardio, and strength training. I only wish I had joined years ago.

SPC is a gym where all types of people come together to workout, have fun, and be there for each other! Travis is a great coach who is knowledgeable, welcoming, and supportive. All levels of fitness and abilities. I love that we do something different everyday!
