I am 47 and had chronic back pain. I joined this gym about a month ago and my back pain is gone. You will learn cutting edge dynamic stretching, cardio, and strength training. I only wish I had joined years ago.

Awesome gym and community! After having my second baby, I was looking to get back in shape and joined this gym. 8 years later, I still enjoy going and have made wonderful friends along the way! Travis is a great trainer with tons of knowledge. Now my son,12 has joined the gym and enjoys going just as much as I do!

Travis is one of the most knowledgeable trainers out there and he's always willing to help. The environment at SPC is welcoming, supportive and like a family. Don't be intimidated. Travis adapts all workouts to your personal abilities. I'm a 10 year member and going strong!

Beginning a program at SPC Strength & Conditioning almost 6 years ago was life-changing. I'm a middle-aged woman and, since starting at SPC, I have gained so much strength, balance, and endurance to do the physical things I love to do. Travis is a wonderful coach who programs for functional fitness of all levels. And the people I've met at the gym have become like family to me. I love going and would recommend SPC to anyone at any age!

At 61 years of age I have been with SPC for almost 14 years. As an older member I can attest to the fact that there is no judging or egos here. Travis is a knowledgeable, and patient trainer who really knows his stuff and can work you through anything. The physical and mental benefits I have gained here, along with the friendships I have made is PRICELESS.20 seconds of insane courage to walk through those doors and I promise it will be worth it!

I have been working out at SPC ever since middle school. Travis is an excellent coach and is extremely dedicated to each and every member. This gym is where I really found my passion for fitness and is one of my favorite places to go whenever I head home. The environment is great, and I highly recommend to anyone of any fitness level.

A great place to strengthen and train and keep healthy. They do a fantastic job of scaling the workout to where you are at. Excellent knowledge base. I'm in my 50s and finding this gym is helping me stay healthy and in excellent physical shape.

I’m not going to lie, it’s hard. But not so hard that you can’t move for days. But it is supposed to be hard. That’s why it’s called a WORK-out. Travis designs the work outs so it’s always different and you never get stagnant. He modifies it to your abilities and challenges you when you think there’s nothing left in the tank. He and his team are able to break down the movements to bite size pieces and help you understand it. I like that he can use everyday experiences to relate how the movement is done. I’m relatively new to working out in a gym environment. I called a few places and this was the first one that wasn’t trying to sell me a membership and really wanted to know what my goals were and listened to what I wanted. That’s is what sold me. It wasn’t about selling a membership it was helping me reach goals. You won’t be sorry
