MARK was helpful and kind and patient. He helped me get my boxes to the cargo van and even listened to all my chattering about moving college kids. I will definitely rent from this location for the next move.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! RENTED A U-HAUL FROM THIS PLACE AND IT WAS 57.70. They tried charging me almost $500 dollars after they authorized me to drop it off at a different location (15 minutes from where I picked it up). I called the store the same day and made sure there was no extra charge and it would be fine. Then next thing I know they're charging my card again and again saying they didn't get it back for 4 days. My account got closed because they keep charging me fraudulently.

Easy in and out with down-to-earth and helpful staff. Chad was the best and made the whole process easy and quick. Good stock of trucks though it is the end of January, probably a slow season for them. I'll be back next time I need a UHaul.

Have rented an equipment from this guys. (4x8 trailer) They overcharged me and called me stating that one of their imployee mistakenly charged my card.When I called them to resolve the issue, the manager simplistic hang up on me.Store is very small, disorganized and employees completely unprepared.When hooking the trailer to my vehicle they didn't have the matching wiring connection, which was a regular 8 point hitch connection, so they made me pay $16 for an adapter when on my opinion they should be the ones responsible for properly connection.Had a lot better experience on the store in Akron on e Tallmadge Ave.Terrible and disappointed with the service.

I needed a U-Haul last minute and Chad (store manager) went out of his way to help me out. U-Haul was clean and comfortable. I've gone to both Tallmadge Rd (rude employees and dirty trucks) and Cuyahoga Falls (didn't have the truck I reserved) in the past, but next time I will definitely go to back to Kent Rd.

I reserved a trailer for over Thanksgiving weekend. In spite of it being a holiday weekend the staff in store were super polite and helpful. I was in and out in no time. The experience was A+.

Great place to get your propane tanks filled! It is much cheaper than doing an exchange. The guys who work here are always curtesy's and do a nice job.
