USPS gets a bad rap, however this location is SUCH the exception. The 2 front counter assoc. are AMAZING, friendly even at 5:25PM when i am making a drop off. Keep up the awesome job, it is soo much appreciated!!
UPDATE 7/25.... over the past few weeks this location has been randomly closing wayyy before 5:30PM and you do not know until you get there if they are actually open or not--- this is very frustrating if you are running a business and trying to get your packages for the day scanned and processed before a facility closes. By the time you realize they are closed early, it is too late to go to any other local PO to do the drop off. USPS needs to allocate more assoc. to this location so this does not happen so frequently.

Lady at the front desk is nice but this office is unreliable. Office has been shut down for a week and I cannot retrieve my package.

The building will randomly close- which is fine. but please list your hours.
USPS will also refuse to deliver to my apartment despite multiple requests asking them to do so.
Website refuses to let me make an account and will flat out not load half the time.

Always have subpar service here. Went today and for whatever reason the service counter area was not open during the hours of operation. Luckily, the Tallmadge post office is 10 minutes away.

Package was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago yet it sat there for an extra 2 days. I got a notice yesterday that they weren’t able to deliver it due to the recipient not being there. I have never had this issue while receiving a package from the same seller, or any seller for that matter. I was also waiting to receive an important envelope and it got tracked to this post office. It got there and was never heard from again but don’t worry, I’ve received everyone else’s mail in my area.

Joy, the clerk who has helped me the most is always positive, kind and leads the day with a smile on her face no matter what. All of the employees try their absolute best to accommodate and get things done swiftly and efficiently. People need to be kinder to our usps workers and give them more grace and respect!!

Unpleasant experience everytime I have to go here I do not look forward to it. Terrible terrible services Ravenna or any other post office is way better with way friendlier faces working at the counters.

Moved to a new address. Had to get new key for mailbox. They flagged my box as vacant after switching out the key which makes no godly sense. Then after about a week I get a yellow slip to fill out for mail delivery. I tried calling the office to see if I can pick up my mail because it contains a mortgage letter that I need to pay my mortgage every month. Can't find the mail and was asked by Roxanne for my name and number to get a call back so I could know if I had to pick up my mail or if it was yj be delivered today (12/30). NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. Tried calling around 3 to confirm and they let it ring or take it off the hook. Gotta be the most miserable people working at post offices it must be a requirement to suck enough to inconvenience people to were they can't pay their mortgage.

All my packages have been left in the weather this year. 3 ruined, because they got wet and no proof it was left that way so PO won't replace. If the took literally 3 steps more they could have dropped it on the porch out of weather or if they weren't super lazy actually come up on the porch and place in table out of the weather. I honestly made it so they didn't have to even come on the porch but they are still too lazy to take the 3 (if that) steps to place it out of the weather. I took pictures this time. I wish that more people would ship UPS & FedEx so I didn't have to deal with the losses.
