“My experience with Ferguson has been absolutely amazing! My water heater busted on Wednesday right before Thanksgiving. The sales team at Ferguson was able to find the replacement water heater I wanted at another store and have it shipped to my local store by Friday! When we arrived at the store to pick it up, the water heater was larger and heavier than I anticipated. The exceptional staff at Ferguson offered to deliver the water heater to my home that day so I didn't have to go the weekend without hot water. The delivery driver followed me home and helped me unload the water heater. Truly outstanding customer service - could not recommend this place more!”

I have been in the hospital a few times and got a little behind, I didn't show up when I said I would (couldn't be helped) and they worked with me since I never deferred any payments before and helped me to where I was caught up by paying just what I was able to pay. “I just want to share that Sharon in the plumbing department is an absolute angel! We purchased our first home and of course everything seems to be falling apart! It’s 700 pm on a Saturday night and we get a pinhole leak in our hot water pipe leading to the washer we’re trying to install..we race over to Home Depot in hopes we can fix it ourselves before calling Roto Rooter again!! Sharon was so helpful and kind, we showed her pics of the situation and she shared her knowledge with us. She even took time finding the copper pipe cutter we would need. “I had a tremendous experience with Buy Rite. Had been scrimping and saving for a stove and cooking in crock pot, toaster oven, single burner for too long. Little did I know I could get such a fine appliance for so little. Everyone was polite and honest with me, and the same day I picked out a range, it was delivered. The delivery team tested all features with me, made sure it was level, said a polite good-bye and now I am baking loaves and casseroles in an oven again. I'm so very thankful. God Bless everyone at Buy Rite and thanks again.”
“Had a good experience at Home Depot today. I showed up to the Plumbing department with a pipe I wanted cut and fitted for a project. Nothing went as planned honestly. They seemed to think that the materials were sub par as the pipe would not thread correctly in the equipment. I didn't care though. I met two lovely women who were a delight to deal with and I thought it was more entertaining than anything else. I was happy that they were willing to try it, Anyway. Pipe cut, and the threading was acceptable enough for my purposes. I offered them a fiver and they declined stating they cant accept any tips. Professional or not, a nice personality and good customer service really does help. Anyway. Ill keep HD in mind the next time I need to make a larger purchase. Thank you.”

“10 star service, but I messed up ??♀️. But my step dad taught me no project isn’t complete without at least 3 trips to The Home Depot. I got some lumber cut, and so thankful. My pup supervised the wonderful gentleman my many cuts. But dang it, I miscalculated my measurements. So do I buy new lumber or can I bring my lumber back for new cuts? We are frequent flyers, my pup loves The Home Depot and your staff. Always helpful. Thank you also for supporting the military. I’m a 22 year veteran. I also dropped a piece of my lumber a a kind gentleman picked it up and found me. This is why we shop here. It’s not one trip but 3 trips for one project!!!”

“Personally I've always had better service here than at Lowe's store not quite as well stocked as Lowe's but the service makes up for it it's generally the fault of management when service is bad due to short staffing as it saves money paying employees”
“My wife and I were shopping for a new washer and dryer. We had already been to the other big box store down the street and after being ignored for 45 minutes we decided to go to HD. Everything was displayed so well and easy to shop. Lilly greeted us, gave us a few minutes to talk, answered a few questions and rang us up in 10 minutes.
