But Max tracked them down for me, found a supplier, let me know a timeline, researched 2 day air shipment options, & communicated fantastic! I ended up finding the parts through a faster path for me to get them sooner but Max was everything you could ask for with help & service.”

Little did I know I could get such a fine appliance for so little. Everyone was polite and honest with me, and the same day I picked out a range, it was delivered. The delivery team tested all features with me, made sure it was level, said a polite good-bye and now I am baking loaves and casseroles in an oven again. I'm so very thankful. 2800 N Springboro Pike, Moraine“I purchased a full size bed 8/7/24, and the salesman , Jeffrey was very helpful. I asked him about delivery and it was explained it was an additional charge, I asked if delivery included setup because I would need help setting up the bed it's not something I can do on my own. It was explained that delivery did indeed include setup. Two delivery men arrived at my home, and one of them explained that delivery is pretty much a toss-up, either they deliver and set up, but sometimes they just deliver and leave. I was told that the rules for delivery change from week to week which I thought was really odd, I was told that my delivery was just going to be a delivery only and no setup and I was prepared to contact the store because that's not what I signed up for and then I was told okay we're going to go ahead and set it up because your bed is small and easy to put together. I asked why the delivery rules were so back and forth and was told that the Moraine store is different from the Kettering store and that I purchased the item from the Moraine store but the Kettering store was delivering the item which didn't really make sense to me. When people pay for delivery and set up that's what should be provided and if something changes you should be contacted in advance and a portion of your money should be refunded or an opportunity to reject the item. I understand that they have a tight schedule but it just seemed odd that I may get delivering setup or I may just get delivery only but I'm getting none of my money back which was paid for delivery and set up andmyappointment was for delivery & setup, the delivery guys did a great job of setting up my bed even after the wrong footboard was packed, they returned the same evening and finish the job. I would have given five stars, but the whole delivery kerfuffle made me have to drop a star. But Jeffrey the sales guy was great!”
“10 star service, but I messed up ??♀️. But my step dad taught me no project isn’t complete without at least 3 trips to The Home Depot. I got some lumber cut, and so thankful. My pup supervised the wonderful gentleman my many cuts. But dang it, I miscalculated my measurements. So do I buy new lumber or can I bring my lumber back for new cuts? We are frequent flyers, my pup loves The Home Depot and your staff. Always helpful. Thank you also for supporting the military. I’m a 22 year veteran. I also dropped a piece of my lumber a a kind gentleman picked it up and found me. This is why we shop here. It’s not one trip but 3 trips for one project!!!”
“Went to Menards and needed a plumbing part and the person in that dept didn't know a damn thing about plumbing went to Lowes and the lady in that dept went right to where the part was so Lowes people are trained s little better then Menards people”
“I would recommend this location to anyone for all your home needs. Especially for seasonal decorations. The Halloween season list upon us and I could not get out of there without purchasing a Halloween decoration. The store was very clean and tidy the staff were very polite.”
