“I recently visited the Tradehome Shoes Fairfield Commons location and was absolutely blown away by the level of customer service I received.
Ethan greeted me warmly and was incredibly knowledgeable about the different shoe brands and styles. I had specific needs for a new pair of running shoes, and Ethan patiently walked me through the options, explaining the features and benefits of each pair. He was patient, professional, and genuinely interested in finding the perfect fit for me, not just making a sale.
Tristan was also fantastic. When it came time to check out, Tristan was efficient, friendly, and made the whole process seamless. He made sure I was aware of the return policy and asked if I had any other questions, showing great attention to detail.
The team, especially Ethan and Tristan, went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making what is usually a chore into an enjoyable experience. “Wonderful experience! We visited in order to have my daughter re-fitted for pointe shoes. Wow! What a different experience we had compared to other shops. Terri was fantastic! She took such great care of my daughter and was so specific to her needs. She studied her bare foot, her dead pointe shoes, talked with her about her current dancing needs/struggles, tried various shoes until the perfect one emerged. We will definitely be back! This is a wonderful shop. This will for sure be our new go to for dance shoes!!”
“Do not shop at the Greene at Buckle go to the Fairfield Commons Mall the green is so horrible with their customer service girls in there with flat out lied to you say things can't be done but the one at the Fairfield Commons Mall fix my problem and I said it was no issues at all that's what they was there for stay away from the green”
“From the moment I walked in, Barbi made me feel not only welcome, but beautiful! She has a certain charm that just brings a smile to every patron's face.
Her boutique has a great variety of styles and textures, and Barbie herself was so helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect outfit. She isn't pushy to sell anything; she just genuinely cares about fashion and community. Very refreshing! Her shop is clean, easy to navigate, and affordable!

“Listennn… I just had an exchange with Paul @ Journeys in The Greene that truly tested my gangster. Paul answered my call in which I was in search of a certain product. He was sooo nice on the phone & excited that he found the product for me, almost more than me! I decided to give him a coupon for a free car wash to Flying Ace. When I got to the store to pick up the product, I gave him said coupon & he was so grateful, you would’ve thought I gave him a million bucks. He came from behind the counter & hugged me so tight! He was so sweet! Some would think it was weird, but it surprised me so much after the loss of a few loved ones this week & so much sadness & evil in this season & this world, that hug was what I needed but didn’t know I needed. It brought me to tears. When I started to well up, Paul came from behind the counter AGAIN & hugged me AGAIN. This time my gangster had completely left the building! I cried all the way back to my car & while telling my daughter about it & am tearing up now leaving this review. Paul is an EXCELLENT employee! And you could just tell he’s a genuinely good person. It might sound corny but
I felt like he cared about me even though all he really knew about me was that I wore a size 9 shoe. It’s just not something you see or experience everyday, especially in face-to-face customer service. Such a great way to end the year! Thank you, Paul. I will forever remember this experience.”

“Between the seibenthaler store and this one hands down this one for multiple reasons such as availability of stock, friendless of employees, and overall customer service! Every time I go to this store my husband and I are nothing but satisfied!As a side note this is not a store where you are going to find you $3 bargains you pay for the quality of the clothes and it’s worth it, plus they always have fresh up to date trends! Also, they do have good prices on their shoes I got my vapormax $60 less there vs any where else!”

“Today I came in the store and was trying to get my kids some back to school shoes we originally ordered online but we had to size up so we came in the store I bugged serenity about 1,000xs to see if they had my son size in something and she helped me with such ease and a smile I truly appreciated her service today”
“For the women it is great. A large selection of shoes especially sporty shoes and sandals. The only thing is there is not many shoes for business or corporate wear. I liked their clearance section too. My male family members were upset that the men's section was small.”
“I remember way back in the day when Shoe Carnival first come out, it was exciting to go into they had awesome deals on a day-to-day basis and they had like a little couple games for the kids to play along with or to occupy him why parents were shopping. Now their shoes cost way too much there is no discount daily unless you buy three pairs of shoes and you get to spin the wheel for a maximum of $5 off your purchase back in the day it used to be $20 off for 25% off or 50% off, not just a $5 off of your purchase. I think that it has gone way down in hill since Shoe Carnival first come around to Dayton ohio.”

“Recently came in to buy some shoes for my daughter. Had a really nice employee help us out. We got a pair of school shoes, and my daughter loves them.
We were also looking for cheer shoes, and they didn’t have what we needed. The lady suggested that we check Dicks Sporting Goods. We did, and they did have them. Her having the thought and care to mention this to me actually saved my daughter from having some sore feet at her next game. I had forgotten there was a Dick’s store at this mall, so I wouldn’t have made that stop without her suggestion. So that was very much appreciated.
I wanted to write a good review because the young woman was memorably nice and helpful, very personable. She mentioned something about trying cheer herself, which confused me for a moment. I asked if she meant for a college team, and she was only a junior in high school! She was so smart and pleasant to talk to, it surprised me she was so young.
This store is doing very well and stands out among the others. I hope if the owner sees this, you can figure out which employee I am talking about. She mentioned that she plays Vollyball. I didn’t catch her name. She deserves some praise and a raise. I’ll be back to this store.”
