I had an issue with my windows that couldn't be fixed, but Nick let me know what needed to be done and sent me to the Acura dealership where they didn't need to do diagnostic, had the part I needed and was able to fix it immediately. Nick did repair my passenger side mirror with the part I had brought in, saving me lots! I am an old lady who needs to feel that going to a mechanic is going to be a good experience.
