I had an issue with my windows that couldn't be fixed, but Nick let me know what needed to be done and sent me to the Acura dealership where they didn't need to do diagnostic, had the part I needed and was able to fix it immediately. Nick did repair my passenger side mirror with the part I had brought in, saving me lots! I am an old lady who needs to feel that going to a mechanic is going to be a good experience. “P&R Car Care Center is the place to go for auto-repairs. Paul and Rich are both fantastic mechanics who will be honest with you, will always call you if they found something major that needs repaired, can explain what exactly is wrong, and will not try to get money out of you to fix something that isn’t broken.
A few years ago I had a 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis that I brought in. The car was old and had quite a few parts that were starting to wear out. They ended up calling me because the heater hose was about to fall out of the mounting point, and if that happened, the engine would be destroyed in a matter of seconds. This was a very unexpected repair, but they cut down some of the labor cost because the whole ordeal put me in a tough spot. I was obviously grateful for this and even more thankful that when I walked in. They kept the part that was bad and showed me exactly what was wrong with it and why they had to repair it.
As a result, I have only taken my car somewhere else one other time and that was because I was in a different state. I always use P&R Car Care Center.”

“Went to get my oil changed and to rotate the tires. Brian and his staff took care of me! When the mechanic rotated the tires, he heard a noise inside of the rim and tire. When he removed the tires from the rim, he found 5 inch piece of metal about the size of hexagon key. The inside of the tire had several gouges. Made from the piece of metal. The tread was beginning to separate. The outside of the tire had a rubber plug in the site of the puncture. Had to replace the tire. The tires were rotated and I was good to go. As I was leaving, the mechanic who rotated the tires came out to my car, torqued the lugs on my tires, and I was on my way. By paying very close attention to my car, Brian and his staff prevented a very serious accident. Thanks so much to Brian and his staff!”
