I purchased a R10 Riccar vacuum to replace my aging Oreck. It is lightweight and does a fantastic job on my carpet and LVP flooring. And, the sweeper bags were in stock, so it was such an easy process to buy at the store versus online and waiting for delivery.

Absolutely wonderful, they don't charge a desk charge, they called with an estimate within 36 hrs. Great price, and great service quickly, with the cost of new vacuums, this repair was an excellent option. Thank you all, from the friendliness, the workmanship, and outstanding customer service. We drove from Springfield to the store located in Dayton, and it was well worth the trip. We were able to purchase the sweeper belt and bags we needed for our Kirby sweeper. I also purchased a cleaning product that is great! The customer service we received was outstanding as the young man that helped us was very knowledgeable, and very friendly and polite.
