“Over the last year, HVA has serviced my Jeep Wrangler, Chevy Silverado and Honda Element. HVA’s staff are kind, courteous and honest. They honor their warranties without debate. They replaced the clutch in my Jeep four months ago and we recently started having trouble with shifting. I returned the vehicle to them and they found that the clutch was defective. Without question, they replaced the clutch with one of a superior quality. And the kicker is, I didn’t have to pay a dime! HVA deserves this high review. “I highly recommend the Muffler House to anyone with a muffler issue. I was on a ten hour road trip when my muffler blew and I found these guys. I was a walk-in and I told them I was from out of town and they immediately took my car in and replaced the muffler so I could get back on the road.They are not only quick and know what they’re doing, but they are very affordable. “Mr. and Mrs King helped us out-of-towners minutes before closing on a Friday. My family and I were en route a volleyball tournament in Columbus when our vehicle started to overheat badly. We called them 20min before closing, and reached their shop less than 10mins before closing.They were soooo sincere about wanting to help us. We had to leave the vehicle with them over night. The next day, they called with a diagnosis (busted thermostat). We approved the repair and waited to be called to arrange picking up the vehicle.Long story short, the Kings were AMAZING!!!!! They repaired my vehicle at a very fair price. “I don’t normally write reviews for businesses, however, Ken’s Auto blew my expectations out of the water so it is the least I can do. I have nothing but great things to say about the guys that work there and the services they provide.I was on a ten hour drive moving from one city to another and my car broke down. I told them I was from out of town and they immediately said they’d take a look so I can get back on the road.They were not only efficient, but also honest and didn’t try to bleed my pockets - matter of fact they were very good at explaining what absolutely needed fixed, and what could wait, but would probably need to be fixed in the future.Super super great guys! Overall, the services were wonderful, inexpensive, and the guys were more than accommodating towards me. I recommend them to anyone who needs anything done with their car.
