“People leave poor reviews at this post office for 2 reasons: 1, their package was lost and couldn’t be resolved the right way, and 2, lines are too long. BOTH reasons are out of the staffs control.Onto the positives: This location is the best post office location I have ever been to. Julie is amazing - nice, efficient, knowledgeable. She knows me by name now and the community feeling you get from this location is fantastic. The rest of the staff is great too, but after speaking with Julie she always leaves a smile on my face. Most days I don’t even need to go inside the post office, but I still do just to catch up with Julie and the rest of the staff. This is the best post office location you’re gonna get. Seriously can’t say enough about how much I appreciate every worker here. 11/10. Thank you guys for being unspoken hero’s and keeping this community flowing.”
“This is absolutely my favorite post office, of ANY of the post offices I have ever been in, to include other states!! It is not my closest Post Office, but I drive out of my way to go to this post office. It is very large with lots of space. The personnel are extremely helpful and patient.”
“A young lady named Rey helped me yesterday. It was packed in the post office and when I tell you I observed Rey smile at every customer she greeted I mean every customer! It was beautiful! There were 2 people working and they both were doing a good job of customer service. I like going to this branch because there’s always plenty of parking.”
“I made a mistake and didn't use enough postage on about half of my son's graduation announcements. I realized this a few hours after I dropped them in the drop box inside the post office. I called and they pulled them out for me minutes before collection. Before I got back up there, they had weighed them and had the extra postage I needed ready to go. Amazing customer service. I doubt a larger post office would have gone to the trouble to help me out. They really saved the day!”

“I had an email showing that a package was delivered. I did not see a package. I called the Morrow Post Office and talked with Craig. After stating the tracking number, he said it was delivered to the wrong address. He said he would send someone to get it and drop it off to me. I'm not kidding 5 minutes later, there was a knock at the door and I had my package. Now that's how to correct a mistake!”
“Good morning, Was at post office today to ship out some packages and always chaotic there the older lady is not fast nor efficient. But young lady today I believe her name was Deasia was very helpful and efficient real helpful to everyone. “The Loveland Post Office has done a 180. I used to avoid it, driving to Milford or Blue Ash, but no longer. There are (relatively) new employees who make it in upbeat and pleasant. Our carrier, John, is and has always been great. Kudos to the 45140!”
“Love it how people think the post office is paid by taxes. ??? The Postal Service generally receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations. Ya'll gunna learn today.”
