“Unfortunately I’ve had to have the windshield on two Mercedes trucks repaired twice. Matt is amazing, working both proficiently and efficiently to ensure the damages were close to non existent. I would have to point the repaired areas out to someone for them to be noticeable. I’d highly recommend his services.”

“We hit a dear in our plug in hybrid minivan. Didn't seem terrible damage wise till we realized the damage to the coolant system and cameras etc. so many electronics in the number. Jeff and crew did a great job and handled everything from the tow to working with the insurance company at pricing that was FAR more reasonable than other places. I would take my car back in addition to recommending this shop to family and friends!”

“I had my windshield replaced my Glassworks about a month ago and am very pleased with the results! The guys at Glassworks were patient and answered all of my questions as I shopped around for quotes. They were knowledgeable about the repair, as well as my vehicle and save me from a money grab for camera recalibration that was not required for the model of my Subaru.”

“Will just did my windows. He had to remove 12 yr old tint and put new tint on. This young man is honest and straight forward. Very prompt to respond to customer and potential customer needs. He delivered absolutley perfect work in the time he commited to get it done at the price he gave. This job was not an easy one to do. No sloppy short cuts in his shop. You will find tinting cheaper but "few" will deliver this kind of quality work at any price. I am pretty sure he would never do work that would not be up to his standards just to grab a dollar. If you are considering window tint on your vehicle you owe it to yourself to give him a call before you make a decision.Services: Sun control window tinting”

“I was involved in a hit and run accident on July 8th. Upon contacting my insurance company one of their preferred shops was D&S Automotive Chardon. When I contacted them, they readily made arrangements to get my vehicle in and set up a rental immediately. I was kept in the loop, and notified of everything that was going on in a timely and professional manner. My car was completed much sooner than I anticipated to my surprise! When I went to pick it up I couldn't be happier with the customer service from all of the staff. Everything that was done was explained, in a language I could easily understand. My Hyundai Santa Fe looked great! I would highly recommend this repair facility and will be returning for any future needs I may have. Kudos to the whole staff at D&S for doing an outstanding job and thank you for a job well done!”

“I took my car in to get a second estimate. Bo flat out told me to take it to a local PDR guy. Bo said he was more interested in the car than making money. I took it where he recommended and 600 dollars later, absolutely beautiful! He saved me at least 1,800.00 from what I was originally quoted. That is rare and so appreciated!”
