“I ordered a special cake for our grandson and the ladies at Giant Eagle in Chardon were awesome. I had a picture of a Paw Patrol cake that he wanted and they drew it up and when I picked up the cake, I was so happy. Our grandson loved his cake and was so excited. It looked amazing and tasted just as good. Awesome job ladies”

“I I have been buying from Smoke World for maybe a year or so. The owner and his family are just tremendous people. They run a top shelf business, they cater and I mean they cater to their regular customers. I can count on going there and then having the things that I buy in stock. He makes sure of it. He tells me what day they will be in and like clockwork. The product is on the shelf when I get there. I don’t write too many reviews, but I write this one with great pleasure. I am thankful for he and his family, and all the hard work they put into their business clearly shows!”
“The best hummus ever. I just got pickle, roasted red pepper, and roasted garlic hummus and I can’t even pick my favorite. The flavors are infused throughout the hummus and not just thrown on top as a garnish. I can’t even get over how good they are. How are these not famous?! Plus, the customer service is amazing. The lady was literally making them when I walked in!”

“This has been my go to place for "convenience store" runs since it opened because they have nearly everything I want, with the added benefit of not having to get out of the car. Plus the service is always quick and they are always so polite.If I haven't already persuaded you to try them out know this they have one of the larger selections of energy drinks in flavors I didn't know existed and a amazing selection of chips and candy.Seriously I can't give this place enough love. “Great spot for a quick, and I mean quick bite but all the attendants, clerks I just wish that whomever is behind the counter and take not even 5 minutes to get me my lottery ticketsto not give me an attitude or they will procrastinate so a large line forms behind me and they do it on purpose because they don't feel like being productive ?????”

“I had an issue with the air pump at this location and it completely deflated my tire. Brockston the hospitality manager came out and looked and the pump and my tire, fixed the issue with the pump, and filled my tire for me. He went above and beyond on an 85 degree day.”
“This is such a great place to come for lottery and other needs. The owners Anju and Jim always make me feel welcome and they never rush you when you are getting lottery. Such wonderful people. Also, the store is very clean and brightly lit. I am so grateful to have a convenient store like this one so close to home.”

“Normally my goto gas station. Customer service is usually good. However their coolers have been not operating for a few weeks now, so I can’t grab a cold beverage on my way to work like I normally would. They say there is a work order in but the employees can’t tell me when coolers will be working again. So I have been finding myself going elsewhere lately. Hopefully they can get these fixed soon”

“I just wanna say how amazing Jessica the assistant manager at this location is, she’s always so nice and helpful, I was in there last night and an older lady came in asking if someone could help her open her hood and Jessica didn’t hesitate to go out and help her, you have an amazing hard working employee who def Deserves a raise for all that she does. She goes above and beyond for her customers and it shows, she always has my beer ready and waiting at the counter everytime I come in because she knows I can’t reach up and lift them up she’s the sweetest customer service worker I’ve encountered in a very long time so please keep her!”
