“We got married on 9.9.23 and we were absolutely THRILLED with Guy’s! This location was so convenient for us, the price point was just right, they could accommodate our large wedding size, and that dance floor was HUGE! Which was a huge draw for me. I must admit, the aesthetic that I had always imagined for my wedding wasn’t a ballroom like Guy’s is (I had always pictured super high ceilings, lots of natural light, maybe some exposed brick lol), but with our limited options due to guest count, it was the best choice for us. And to say the room was transformed with our decor and our loved ones within is an understatement! I absolutely became the venue of my dreams on our wedding day! Guy’s really is a beautiful blank slate that accommodates a lot of different color palettes and looks. The Staff is also amazing! We were so happy with Christine’s responsiveness and her help throughout the whole process. Wedding planning can be emotional, and I am a crier, and at our final venue walkthrough, when I started to cry because I didn’t know how I wanted to set up the head tables (talk about decision fatigue), she was so empathetic to the stress. She suggested we get up and take a look around the room instead of just sitting in the office and talking. Getting on our feet and in the space really helped, and it made the last few decisions so much easier!! The food on our wedding day was also incredible, and we got so many compliments on it! Guy’s really is a well-oiled machine, and I know some people have strong opinions about a buffet at a wedding, but I loved the buffet! It was quick and efficient, and it got people up and mingling the whole evening! We just had compliment after compliment on everything the whole night! Even the outside, which is pretty innocuous (and maybe a little mehh), made for a really cool moment when we took the backdrop that I painted and had a little photo shoot moment in the parking lot! It was cute and we had lots of fun with it! Overall, I give Guys a 10/10 and I would do my wedding over in a heartbeat because it was an absolute BLAST!”
“Food was good slightly salty, gr8 seection of desserts, staff completely disappeared on us so we had 2 clear our own plates n family got behind the bar 2 help people. Very nice clean location with gorgeous decor!”

The DJ and Photographer are both personable and very helpful! The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful every step of the way!”

“What a fantastic space to hold an event! Spacious accommodations and clean! We had 100 people for a shower and had plenty of space. The mom to be sat on the stage and opened gifts and was in plain view. We had the football game on one of the tvs off to the side as well. Decorating was a breeze with the doors directly off the parking lot for easy set up and tear down. Great space, no complaints!! The event space manager, Kim, was beyond helpful as well!”

“Suzy and her staff couldn’t have done a better job with our wedding. The drinks and food was amazing, the staff was friendly and took care of our guests, and the decorations were better than we could have imagined. Anything I wanted, they executed. I had nothing but compliments and smiles all night long and we are so grateful! Her pricing was the best value overall, it was the most inexpensive but full of quality wedding we could have found on our budget. We will use her venue again in the future!”
“In for a great night with the FOP for Kent, Sheriff and other Portage County law enforcement. Such great folks. Dinner, interaction, and meeting and greeting. Not a better way to meet the community and those that put themselves out there for us everyday.”

“This is prehaps best place we have stayed. We were pleasantly surprised our room had a mini kitchen. Very clean room and friendly, efficient staff. Breakfast was good too. I am very sensitive to noise and it was so quiet here, we didn't hear noise from any other visitors or traffic. We will definitely return! We would give more stars if we could. 10/10 would recommend!”

“My wife and I have never had a bad experience at this establishment. We do laugh at the fact that popcorn and snacks now cost more than the movie itself, but ALL prices are inflated out of control these days. I still love my fresh buttered popcorn, and it will always be that way.
As for the movie, we watched Deadpool and Wolverine. The movie kept us laughing all the way through. There was only one group of three people that left before the credits stopped rolling as everyone has come to understand there Wil be another clip after they complete.”
“Best Venue!!! Jan is the best. She helps with everything and is there if you need anything. I would give this place a 10/10 for a wedding or event. The food was great and all the staff is nice and kind.”
