Customer service is bad and not satisfied with my order

Ripped me off. I placed an order. Within 3 minutes, it stated the order was ready and picked up. I didn't pick it up. Impossible to get there that fast. No one answered the phone and I was charged for the order. Sent an email and corporate never responded. Had to get the refund through my credit card.

Doesn't serve breakfast foods anymore. What kind of 7 Eleven doesn't serve food until 11?
