No, they're not the latest model cars but they are well maintained. I usually wind up with a bigger car through RAW than going to alternative rental companies.The only issue new travelers would need to consider is they're not open 24x7. They pick you up and will drop you off at Hopkins Airport usually with car you'll be renting. You won't have to reload into another car once your baggage is in the trunk.They're not just for out of owners. If you live locally they can help you out as well.”

“I've rented cars multiple times but Cleveland Hopkins and Enterprise made it perhaps my easiest experience. Hop on the rental car bus which to takes you to one location for all vendors, show your reservation and boom your car is there. The only snag was an attempt to upgrade me that didn't calculate equal to what was offered and no one could figure out why. Return was equally easy. Pull in, get out and by the time you walk to the shuttle, the receipt is in your inbox. Kudos!”

“Simply put speak up if you feel that your car is making weird sounds. This happened with me and I just thought it's how the vehicle that I rented sounded. Though the initial interaction was not pleasant, the male representative was great. When I called to get classification regarding my bill, the young lady explained the charges and was very open to listening to my concern of being put into a vehicle that was not inspected before being rented out. I was not looking to get reimbursed but that's exactly what she did.”

“I had a decent experience here. I unfortunately had to get a rental from this location due to a car accident. While my car is a small sedan due to my being a democrat with a needless concern for the environment, the only vehicle available at the time was a large pick-up truck. I was informed I could come back the next day and exchange it for another vehicle. The next day I made that exchange with no issue. Everyone was very friendly and made that portion of my recent accident more manageable.”

“Took 16ft truck from Ohio to Texas. Avg 10mpg. Truck was comfortable with good AC. Tires were good. Top speed set about 77 but you don't need to go faster in that kind of truck anyway. Just beware of that limit when passing other trucks or you'll upset the four-wheeler behind you. LOL. It will teach you to have patience with the big-rigs.”
