There are a lot of dry goods from various European countries and hot food that rotates daily. I nabbed some cookies, chocolates, and wine to take home to my Austrian grandmother and to my dad tomorrow! Super excited to return.”

“Great store, mostly friendly, except for the manager. I pulled my cart to the side outside of the store. I was putting money away in my wallet. He came over, grabbed the cart, told me to take it where the crosswalk is and not to take it over the curb. I asked him if he really was going to chew me out while I was putting my money away. He said yes, hung on to the cart and started talking to someone. I had to yank the cart out of his hand to continue to my car once my wallet was back in my purse.”

An extremely unprofessional Door Dash delivery driver deliberately left my entire order on my apartment lobby (1st) floor and told me on the phone after refusing to deliver my groceries to my actual apartment door to "KISS MY A**"!!! Scott actually listened to me on the phone and is holding that gentleman accountable for his inappropriate and unprofessional actions, something that hardly ever happens anymore in this overly sensitive world ... Thank you for going above and beyond for me. Giant Eagle is lucky to have you and I hope appreciates you and the excellent work you do along with the extremely caring service you give to your customers. You are a breath of fresh air and a true diamond in the rough!!!”

“I have never been a big fan of Giant Eagle, but this one is not bad. It is less cavernous and overwhelming compared to other Giant Eagle stores. Great beer selection. I like the people who work here because they are friendly and make the store feel comfortable. A few weeks ago I came in early to get ingredients to make waffles, and the man who was bagging pointed out the rising sun. That made my day.”
