Second visit to the Bagley Rd UPS wgile up in Cleveland. Understand from staff (know each shop is individually owned) that this shop is owned by entity that owns 17 across Ohio and Indiana. For the C-Suite at owner juat letting you know (as a serious buyer of UPS and your competitors) services that your staff on Sp 20, 10 a.m. at Bagley Rd was fantastic, especially your pleasant and sharp manager on the ball. “Let me compare my visit to this ups store to the ‘other store’ for shipping—which is closer to home: This store provides service, courteously, friendly, efficiently, thoroughly. The ‘other’ shipping store makes the customer make their own label—on a computer that I’m not familiar with, and don’t know how to use, and they will not assist me! I’m 80 years old, I use a shipping service every few years, not every day—I don’t own computer or printer. I need help! And this UPS store helped me, courteously, thoroughly, and quickly—with a smile and a thank you.”
“Last summer, the place that was supposed to print our wedding programs backed out at the last minute, a day before our wedding. Neel Patel, the owner, was so kind to us and was able to handle the whole project and even gave us a great deal. He saved us so much stress and really got us out of a tough spot. Highly recommend.”

“Every time I have gone to the Lakewood store, the people at the counter have been extremely helpful. I’m posting today because I walked in with a return label, not paying attention, that was a label for USPS. The guy at the counter scaled my paper label down to fit on the box, attached it, and sent it out in their outgoing mail so I didn’t have to do anything. No condescending attitude, no you got the wrong place…just let me help you with this and you can go on your way. Such a breath of fresh air. Sorry sir that I did not get your name.”
