“Good personal service, good variety of products, this store is all about vaping. (Not anymore! Several years ago, they opened a coffee shop in the premises). Which makes me wonder why they seem confused about coils and have sold me the wrong ones in the past. Generally good place, though. Jump to April 15th, 2025. This place sucks. Must be the new owners. Dwindling supply of Monster juice. Promises to order my Geekvape coils multiple times (I ended up ordering them from the manufacturer)only to be told they haven't arrived, weeks after I got mine. This is a sad obituary, as I started going to Cleveland Vape when they were located on Lauderdale Ave. in Lakewood about 10 years ago.”
“Kolin was an awesome, enthusiastic and knowledgeable help in finding what I need today! He was patient to identify what I need and help get me set up with the right know-how.”
“The store was amazing, had both witch stuff, cyrstals, and multiple different products!! The cashier was amazing helped me and my girlfriend find many things and they even had some oddities!! All and all AMAZING place.”

“Planet of the Vapes has been my spot for years since I moved to Cleveland. The Parma location is especially great because of the team's service. Joseph J helped me find the perfect piece today and went above and beyond.”
“It's a nice store with lots of products and nice employees. Very informative. Had an issue with a product the offered to make it right.
I suggest everyone check it out.
Prices are competitive on most item.”
“Really friendly and helpful! They try to answer all your questions and are knowledgeable about their product. The fact they have a bunch of testers out is nice too. Their recommendations have been amazing and have led me to try new brands and flavors of disposable vapes.”
“I ended up visiting four vape stores before finally finding one that provided the best customer experience I’ve had in a long time. I went in to inquire about pricing and ended up purchasing the product because the worker, Tony, had an exceptional attitude and extensive knowledge about the product. He truly understands his product, and I felt bad for Interrupting his tacos great man they have there hope to run into him again”
“The staff here is the main reason I come here. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. Their inventory is huge, and everything is priced well. Happy they are in the neighborhood”
“Hus at the Parma store really did me a solid! I bought a new vape from another store that wasn't working out for me and no one else was willing to help me out. I decided to try again at the store I go to most often, and after recognizing me as a frequent customer, totally took care of it and let me exchange it for what I needed. A+ customer service!!”
“He may not have a 6 wheeled hummer that is showcased in the already tiny parking lot, but this guy is really cool to work with. Prices are lower than that of POTV. Today I tried disposable NORTH cherry cola. Boy do I need to change with the times lol. These disposables are the way to go. I do want to say that POTV also has very nice people working there. It’s the prices and location that I gave up on. I wish I would have got your name today, and thanks for the patience. Merry Christmas dude! Happy New Year!”
“Checked out the new location since Ashes Smoke Shop wants to hoard the parking lot and harass customers to come into their store. I was so impressed with the young man behind the counter. Helpful and very informative with the items and products I needed. Even offered to make sure I got back to my car okay due to the parking situation. I will be back over and over again! I will tell all my friends and acquaintances a like this is the best headshop in town!”
“I love ma, she is always at work with a smile on her face. I could be having a hard day and she instantly makes my day better. They always have everything I need and the shop is conveniently close to my house! I refer this shop to everyone! ❤”
“Kyle is the man!!!! He is honest, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator! I really appreciate him and your business. There is amazing clothing and jewelry too!!”
“My favorite location is on the Westside. Ms Joyce and Coworkers are very nice and will try to order for you, if they don't have what you're looking for”
“Good Supply Of Pre-Rolls And Amazing Quality Though The Price Is A Bit Insane And Also Plus Over Taxing They Charge But Honestly I Could Not Think Of Any Other Smoke Shop I Ever Called Close To My Second Home And A Amazing Second Family I Love Yeah Royal Smokes And To All The Boys And Beautiful Girls That Keep The Shop Booming Thank You Royal Smokes For All That You Do For Me It's People Like You Who Get Me Through The Difficult Dark Times In My Life God Bless You All ???”
“Any time I've been here the staff has been super friendly and helpful. I love the vape juice book of flavors. Every store has the juice where it's so hard to really see it. That helps a ton.”
“Ive been coming here consistently for a year that I've become a regular and the staff are amazing they always know what I want or need and they are always consistent and have amazing prices”

“Best shop I’ve found! They have nearly any brand of kratom, vape, or smoking supplies you could think of. The staff is beyond amazing, very knowledgeable, and eager to help you find what you need. 10/10 recommend.”
“The best smoke shop in Cleveland.. great prices with a variety of vapes and cigars .. Juan is a great guy he’ll help you find what u looking for he is very friendly”
“Store is aesthetically pleasing. Pretty large inside. Seems like a decently large selection of tech and juices. Staff was friendly and rather cute. Will make this my B&M store and return when I have more than 15 min before close. Thanks.”
“The only store I go to for all my hookah things. Have everything you need all the time. Always looking out and top tier Customer service, makes me feel comfortable. I love this store. I highly recommend”
“I usually go to both of their locations. Their service is impeccable and I love the two brothers just in general, a family oriented shop, great vibe, and the workers all feel like family.”
“They're not the cheapest place around they're not the most expensive place around for sure, the staff is cool I haven't been there in a while because I'm disabled but if John is still there he was the coolest person he answered all my questions and he wasn't mad when I didn't know what the hell I was talking about LOL”

“A small mom and pop vape (head) shop right by the corner of Madison and carabelo st(w159th) actually it's right off of the highway they do carry a really good selection of pipes and bongs for the size of the store and you have to look up on top of the wall to see the biggest glass pipe I've ever seen it is close to four for long and the attendant is really knowledgeable I'll be back again.”
