John topped off my washer fluid, put air in the tires, and lots of other things. I wish I could get service like this in Arizona! Even customers in the waiting room were praising this guy! “Talked to the guy that answered the phone, I’m assuming the owner. I explained the problem I’m having with my truck and he listened to everything I had to say and was a down to earth dude. I’m saving up a little bit more before I take it here because I know the work it’s going to take to fix it.. I’ll update this review once everything is said and done but I’m not worried about it one bit. The Facebook posts show these guys do it ALL and they have many great reviews. Again, when someone answers the phone and speaks to you like your business matters to them is just awesome nowadays! I’ve seen some reviews mention that he picked up their trucks personally, I haven’t asked them to do that but man that is first class service right there. It doesn’t get any better than that..”

“They did brakes and break rotors on my jaguar. Everything was good. And what's smooth, accept for the fact that when I got my car back, one of the center caps was missing on the passenger rear tire.! I wouldn't mind if the center caps didn't cost so much.... but the price was good, and they did to work quickly.”

“B & J Auto Services came to my rescue, after my car was going into "Limp" mode, not shifting out of 1st gear, going to 2 transmission shops over the course of 3 months, sitting in a transmission shop over a month, they gave me a referral to B & J's, John got me in at the beginning of the following wk, and had my car done by Monday afternoon! Very polite, friendly, got my car in when they said and was quick to resolve my issue, had me back on the road the same day they looked at it!! I was happy with the price as well. They understood the challenges of towing a Tesla, and we worked together to get it loaded per Tesla guidelines, which honestly wasn't that confusing once you understood what to do. “I went to the wrong tire store at first and I waited almost 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me there. Once I realized, I called Tire Discounters and they were so friendly and understanding, and let me still keep my appointment even though I was going to be late. Once I made it there, I was helped right away, the guy was so nice and helpful. He was very personable and he acted like he cared. I will not get tires anywhere else! They were affordable too!”

The service tech went above and beyond and even did a recall and filled my low tire . The service expensive blew my mind and was much less than I thought ,as I found out in the paperwork some of it was a simple fix . No hidden fees , the lobby has good movies on with free available water and snacks . This is my first service visit at a dealership and I'm absolutely pleased . Will be returning for my maintenance needs in the future at bob boyd CDJR . If you're looking for a welcoming sales rep ask for Sydney sain! All in all 6/5 service.”

“Had a flat tire, and one with a slow leak. I was told 1 tire needed replaced, so I told them if they thought it was necessary to replace both tires. Went to pick it up, they had only replaced 1. They said there wasn't enough difference in the tread to need to replace both. That is what I call honesty.”

“I’m the owner of the jeep everyone keeps leaving bad reviews for. Macioci is fixing my jeep for me. And for the guy that told everyone to leave bad reviews he scammed me $380 he told me to pay him upfront so he can order parts and for half the labor upfront. Then he tells me parts never came in the day he was supposed to come, and told me he would refund me. It’s been a week and he will not answer my phone calls or messages. Thank you Macioci garage for fixing the problem.”
