“The owner, Andy Wise, is an American's American; self made small businessman, family man in the best sense ; he, his wife, and both kids all work @ Wise Auto. He is a veteran, an Army Ranger who served multiple tours in the Middle East and served in Panama. He has respect for everyone and shows it by giving discounts to veterans and senior citizens. The guy only hunts for food. He mows loans in the summer to make extra family cash. I spoke with Andy for a couple hours and I never heard a bad word about anyone. He's friendly, accommodating, hardworking, and he even gets off on making intricate Halloween experiences for the kids! “I found my dream car online, a Cadillac XT5 at Performance GMC Cadillac Columbus, located in Carroll, Ohio. The only issue was: I live in VA, 4.5 hours away from where this dealership is located. After speaking to Jarrod, the sales person I was dealing with, he told me he will see what could be done, regarding the car being delivered. We ended up agreeing that the car will be delivered on Monday, however Jarrod was kind enough to meet me halfway in WV so I could get my car on Friday and enjoy it for the weekend. It was a great shopping experience, Jarrod did provide exceptional customer service and he went above and beyond to accommodate me.I would definitely recommend this dealership.
