CVS Health is conducting coronavirus testing (COVID-19) in select states. Tests are limited to eligible individuals, and minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The company offers both lab testing and rapid testing, but high demand may cause lab delays. Customers generally find the staff at CVS to be very helpful and friendly. The pharmacy is often crowded, especially around peak hours, but the staff works quickly to move people through the lines. While some customers have experienced longer wait times, most report waiting no more than 10 minutes. The pharmacy staff is knowledgeable and willing to accommodate customers' needs. They have been known to take customers into private rooms to discuss medication concerns. Overall, customers express satisfaction with the service and products at CVS, and many have been loyal customers for years. However, a few customers have had negative experiences, citing issues with staffing and long wait times. These concerns seem to be the exception rather than the norm, as the majority of reviews praise the excellent service and friendly atmosphere at CVS.
Nice store, clean and with lots of selections too. The one downside to this place, thru no real fault of its own, is the line (both inside and drive thru) to get prescriptions. Sometimes the drive thru line goes halfway around the building. Ain't nobody got time for that! At least the lines move relatively quickly.

Cousins a mile long help balance the prices. Staff pushes you to use self serve and I personally like interacting with humans but understand the efficiency as they do keep store stocked and clean
