Lancaster Ace Hardware is a locally owned and operated store. Staff go above and beyond to help customers. If an item is not in stock, they look it up, call another location, and even have an employee pick it up on their way into a shift. The store is a great alternative to the big name larger hardware places. Customer service experiences are very good, and workers are very helpful. Staff greet customers at the door and are ready to help. On a busy day, customers may have to wait their turn, but the help is worth it. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and easy to shop.

I was very glad to see this as an alternative to the big name larger hardware places offered in Lancaster. I have visited twice and both have been very good customer service experiences. Workers are very helpful.
