“I went into Lowe’s needing a fitting to connect a plastic water line to my new fridge. I had a vague idea of what I needed but not certain. Marty was called to help me in the plumbing section and he did an amazing job. He quickly found two options for me taking time to talk to me about the job and when I told him I would be attempting it myself he suggested one product over another, explained why, and even demonstrated on the plastic water line at the store how I should apply the fitting to the tube. He was beyond helpful and kind and left me feeling more confident than I when I went into. Thank you Marty!”

“I went in to find some shelf clips and the staff went above and beyond to help me! They didn’t have them in stock at their location so they looked them up, called another location and even had another employee pick them up on their way into their shift. They had them in the store for me to pickup within a few hours. They were truly fantastic and I could tell that they care so much about the service they provide!”
