Terrible returns policy. Make sure you get the right size and make no mistakes when making a purchase or they just keep all your money. Bought the wrong size and went into the store to enquire about an exchange. Employee was incredibly rude about even asking. Not shopping here again.
Maybe I’m old fashioned but it’s generally a better idea in my mind to eat the cost and fix a one time issue for a loyal customer instead of just saying “I can’t sell that” and staring at them, but I guess retaining customers isn’t important to this business.

Treated my wife badly. Punished her for using her PTO for her mental health. Cut her last check 121$ out of spite. Only nice to black ppl that work there. Didn't care about her mental health or broken back. Ppl trying to assault her at work. Then constantly leave her to take thousands of dollars of cash to the bank to drop deposit at night completely alone. They completely mistreated her. Only cared about their bottom line.

Staff likes to change the prices at the register when they screwed up with their price tags. Not a very nice way to do business.

Lancaster, OH store.Representative Pat at ~ 6:50 P.M., Tuesday, 12/19/23, answered the phine upon my calling. She took her tome and looked up the type of shoe I inquired about. She went above & beyond her service, truly. She put my name on the shoes to hold for 2 days. She deserves recognition if not a bonus. Thank you for having her. Janet Stryczek

I purchased a pair of Sketchers 2 months ago and wore them daily for only 2 months and the sole started to separate from the shoe. I called them and told them the issue and they agreed that the shoes were defective. They gave me a full refund and I picked out another pair that I'm more satisfied with. The customer service I received was top notch. The women who helped me pick out my shoes during both of my visits, were extremely helpful and patient.

Nice store and looks fully stocked but limited sizes available at the store. This store has a lot of different shoe styles I will give them that. The issue is the "popular" sizes are gone so unless you are looking for a super large or super small size they will direct you to the website as they don't have it in stock. With the rapid decline of the mall, this store probably will fade away with the mall.
