AutoZone Lebanon is one of the leading retailer of auto parts and car accessories. The location includes new and remanufactured hard parts, maintenance items and accessories. Employees are very professional and friendly. Staff helped with wiper blades, hood lifts, starter and other issues. When parts were hard to find they ordered and received them in 24 hours. Priced are reasonably priced and quality is good. Pick up went smoothly and fit perfectly. The location is well located, easy to see from Columbus and quick to get in and out with what you need. Great customer service and a great deal of ease.
New manager, Jason, was very friendly and helpful with a new battery for my car that he installed very efficiently. Will definitely be back for future auto needs. Highly recommend over neighboring competitor where employee was less than helpful!
