“I recently went to O'Reilly in Lebanon to buy new wiper blades for my truck. I was greeted immediately by Felica, store manger. She was friendly and very knowledgeable of the different wiper blades. She brought up the company's website and carefully explained my options on wiper blades along with various prices. After I decided on the wipers She picked them up and went out to my truck to put them on my vehicle. She was amazing and the definition of great customer services of which most younger people have no clue. Thank you Felica. I will definitely come back to O'Reillys”

“Been here twice within the last 2 weeks and great experience on both accounts... I can't remember the store managers name off memory :( .... but he was great during my brake caliper core exchange for my 2005 Chevy HD, the 2nd visit was even better with assistance from Tim.. my lawn mower kept blowing a fuse and Tim was paramount in helping me troubleshoot possible reasons... and he was correct after narrowing my problem down to a possible blown starter.. I swapped it out after taking his advice and it runs like a dream again. Thanks Tim! Will definitely be back!!”

“We live about an hour away, showed up right when they opened to look at a new car. From the jump our salesman Josh took care of us showed us the car set up the test drive. The low staffed dealership got swamped so we gave them everything they needed to complete the deal and left, we solidified everything from home and went back later that day to close. They applied discount after discount due to the issues from earlier and strived for exceptional service as Josh and the one finance manager stayed over an hour late to complete my deal along with a few others. If you buy a car from here ask for Josh!! Excellent team overall”
